Tuition Fees for Turkish Universities :-

The tuition fee for the programs of higher education is determined by the Government at the beginning of each academic year. In 2003-2004 academic year, the tuition fees for international students varied depending on the nature of the program: Annual tuition fees;
v UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS:

1. State Universities:

a) Universities where medium of instruction is TURKISH:

Turkish nationals: US $ 80 – 250
Foreign nationals: US $ 240 – 750

b) Universities where medium of instruction is ENGLISH:

Turkish nationals: US $ 150 – 500
Foreign nationals: US $ 450 – 1500

2. Foundation Universities:

US $ 5.000 – 12.000
GRADUATE PROGRAMS:

1. State Universities:

a) Universities where medium of instruction is TURKISH:

Turkish nationals: US $ 100 – 200
Foreign nationals: US $ 300 – 600

b) Universities where medium of instruction is ENGLISH:

Turkish nationals: US $ 200 – 300
Foreign nationals: US $ 600 – 900

2. Foundation Universities:

US $ 5.000 – 12.000

* Students from Turkish Republics and Turkish-originated countries (Azerbaijan, Bashkortostan, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Dagestan, Karachay-Cherkessia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Mongolia, Moldova, Nahcevan, Uzbekistan,
Tadzhikistan, Tatarstan, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine) pay their tuition fees as Turkish nationals.

NOTE: Turkey has been suffering a high inflation rate during the last decade. However, the fees specified in Dollars remain almost the same.
