Short-Term Residence PermitPlease note; prior to 13th AUGUST 2016 - If you have already spent more than 120 days a year outside of Turkey your residence permit will be cancelled. You must re-apply for a new permit.
Family Residence PermitPlease note; prior to 13th AUGUST 2016 - If you have already spent more than 180 days a year outside of Turkey your residence permit will be cancelled. You must re-apply for a new permit. UPDATE SUMMARY - 27th Sept. 2016 :- According to new information received from the Migration department the 120 + 180 day restrictions have been removed from all Short-Term & Family Residence Permit holders, regardless of your 'Valid from date' of you card. HOWEVER If you have already spent your limit abroad prior to 13th August your permit is cancelled and you must re-apply for a new Residence Permit. ( short breaks abroad, holiday etc won't affect your application)
